A young bobcat resisting our attempts to catch it! This is the same trap location where B265 was captured. We think it is probably her offspring born early 2010. The bird seen at the back of the cage is plastic, and clearly doesn't fool this cat.

This is another photo taken in Lake Hollywood at the capture location of B265. This cat is a male that we'd already captured near Mt.Lee and the Hollywood sign. He is uncollared but has distinctive ear tags that tell us he is one of our animals from which we've gathered samples.

B251 just out side of the LA Zoo. She was the first bobcat we caught in Griffith Park. We know it's her because of her ear tag color coding.

B253 just out side of the LA Zoo at the same camera trap site as B251. We caught him two days after B251 in the same trap site as her, and again we got a photo of him in the same area two days behind B251! He seems to keep close tabs on her!
